how to place an order
Please order through the online shop. You can create your own combinations, if there is a particular combination that you would like that is not shown please get in touch and we will be happy to create it for you. If you prefer you can order by phone. Please contact us on 07920 482152. We are more than happy to answer any questions or help give advice.
DELIVERY PRICES & TIMESCALES
We welcome International customers. All European and Worldwide parcels will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Although this is a trackable service there is no guaranteed delivery date. Parcels normally arrive with 7-14 days. In some Countries a trackable service is not available, however you will still have to sign for your package.
Custom Charges and Import Duties Please note that you are responsible for any custom charges or Import Duties which are payable when the parcel reaches its destination. Please contact your local Customs Office for current charges, as we have no control over these costs as they vary from Country to Country.
We hope you love your Silver Stuff Jewellery as much as we do, but if you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery and return the goods in their original packaging within 14 days. Please note this excludes personalised items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, whereby a refund or exchange is not possible (unless there has been an error on our part). We cannot accept returns for jewellery that has been in an accident, careless handling, misuse or improper use of the goods.
Making a return to Silver Stuff Jewellery is easy
Please ensure your return items are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging. We recommend you return items via Royal Mail Signed For to ensure safe delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods that are lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there is problem in transit. Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred for the return of the item, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.
Upon receipt, a refund of the item (not including postage) will be processed. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be completed and up to 10 days for it to appear in your account.
Confirmation of the refund will be to you sent via e-mail.
Unfortunately, there are a few things we are unable to offer an Exchange or Refund on. These few exceptions are listed below:
Once personalisation of your jewellery has already begun you will not be able to cancel your order.
Personalised jewellery is non returnable due to the bespoke personalisation. However if you are unhappy for any reason we will do our best to accommodate. We want you to love your jewellery.
If a mistake has been made on our part (incorrect spelling or colour) we will of course correct the error or refund if required.

We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us we ship to your PAYPAL verified address.
If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the goods. All items require a signature on receipt . We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
